For the week of 7/20/20: Remaining common area walls throughout the community will be painted Monday-Wednesday. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
For the week of 7/13/20: The pool fence and culvert railings will be painted on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
For the week of 6/29/20: Common area walls in Sections W-4, W-23, & W-14 will be prepped and painted. Culvert railings and the pool iron will also be painted. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 6/22/20: Common area walls in Section W-24 will be prepped and painted this week as well as the remaining common area walls in W-6 & W-14. Iron in W-6 and W-14 will be painted on Thursday and Friday. For houses with iron, please remove all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc from the view fencing and secure pets indoors. Please allow access though your side gate so our crew has clear access to paint. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 6/15/20: Common area walls in Section W-23, W-14, & W-6 will be prepped this week. Iron view fencing in sections W-2, W-3, & W-4 will be painted on Thursday and Friday. For houses with iron, please remove all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc from the view fencing and secure pets indoors. For the week of 6/1/2020: Our crews will be prepping, repairing, and painting common area walls in sections W-4, W-5, & W-6 throughout the week (and possibly into next). Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/25/2020: We’ll be closed on Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Starting Tuesday, we’ll have 2 crews in the community. Our wall crew will be priming and painting walls in sections W-4, W-5, & W-6. Our iron crew will be painting iron view fences in sections W-1, W-2, & W-3. For houses with iron, please remove all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc from the view fencing and secure pets indoors. Please allow access though your side gate so our crew has clear access to paint. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/18/20: Common walls in sections W-2, W-3, W-4, & W-5 will be primed and painted throughout the week. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
For the week of 5/11/20: Our crew will be scraping, prepping, and repairing common walls within sections W-3, W-4, W-5, W-6, W-23, & W-14. Please contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 4/27/20: Stucco repairs will continue in sections W-2 & W-3 through Friday. Wednesday – Friday we’ll have a second crew priming common area walls that were previously repaired . Please contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 3/16/2020: Our wall crew will continue prepping, priming, and painting common walls in Sections W-21 and W-22. Our iron crew will be painting view fences in backyards of section W-21 and will paint the pool fencing. For the week of 3/9/20: Our wall crew will continue prepping, priming, and painting the common walls in sections W-20 and W-21. Our iron crew will be painting view fences in section W-19, but due to the rainy weather predicted Tues-Fri, painting may be delayed and need to continue next week. Please remove all decor, vegetation, chicken wire, etc. from the view fencing to allow clear painting access and please secure all pets inside. For the week of 3/2/20: Our crew will continue priming and painting the common walls in sections W-20, W-21, & W-22. We will have an iron crew painting backyard iron view fences in sections W-15 and W-17 starting Monday (notifications were placed last week). Please remove all decor, vegetation, chicken wire, etc. from the view fencing to allow clear painting access and please secure all pets inside. Please allow access through your gate. For the week of 2/24/20: Common walls in sections W-20, W-21, & W-22 are being prepped and painted this week. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
For the week of 2/17/20: Common walls in W-15 have been completed. We have a crew prepping and painting the remaining common area walls in W-17 and a crew prepping walls in W-19 (painting will follow this week). W-17 and W-19 are expected to be completed by Friday. For the week 2/10: Our crew will continue with prepping and priming walls in W-15 and expect to have the repairs done on Wednesday (weather permitting). We will also be washing, prepping, scraping, & priming the common area walls in W-17 starting Monday. If you have any questions, please call our office.
