For the week of 6/29/20: There will be a crew in the community working on minor touch-ups on Monday only.
For the week of 6/15/20: Iron and gates for the pool area will be painted on Monday and Tuesday. Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions.
For the week of 6/8/20: The pool clubhouse and common area walls are being painted this week. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our office.
For the week of 6/1/2020: The last units will be wrapped up early this week (iron will be painted on Monday). and the pool bathrooms will be painted. Our crew will also start prepping/painting the perimeter community walls. Please remove/keep off all exterior decor, keep pets secured indoors, and keep all patio furniture indoors or in the center of your patio (items will be covered during painting only). For the week of 5/25/2020: We’ll be closed on Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Our crew will continue painting Units 171-178 throughout the week and expect to have them completed on Monday, June 1st. Please remove/keep off all exterior decor, keep pets secured indoors, and place all patio furniture indoors or in the center of your patio (items will be covered during painting only). For the week of 5/18/20: Painting for Units 163-170 will be completed on Tuesday. Units 171-178 will be power washed on Tuesday and painted throughout the week and into next week. Our iron crew will be painting iron for units 163-178 on Thursday and Friday. Please remove/keep off all exterior decor, keep pets secured indoors, and place all patio furniture indoors or in the center of your patio (items will be covered during painting only). For the week of 5/4/20: Units 157-162 will be painted throughout the week and Units 163-170 will be power washed on Thursday. Please remove/keep off all exterior decor, keep pets secured indoors, and place all patio furniture indoors or in the center of your patio (items will be covered during painting only). Our iron crew will be painting backyard view fences throughout the community, Monday-Wednesday. Please remove any decor, wire, lights, vegetation, etc from the view fencing so our crew has clear access to paint. Please secure your pets indoors. For the week of 4/27/20: Units 147-152 will be completed on Monday (including iron) and Units 153-156 will be power washed and prepped, followed by painting. Units 157-162 will be power washed on Thursday for painting next week. Please remove/keep off all exterior decor, keep pets secured indoors, and place all patio furniture indoors or in the center of your patio (items will be covered during painting only). For the week of 4/20/20: On Monday, painting for units 143-146 will be completed and Units 147-152 will be power washed and prepped. Units 147-152 will be painted throughout the week and into next week. We’ll have an iron crew painting iron on units 137-142 & 143-145 on Tuesday. For the week of 4/13/20: Painting for Units 137-142 will continue on Monday and finished on Wednesday. Iron for units 133-136 will be painted on Monday. Units 143-146 will be power washed and prepped on Wednesday followed by painting, carrying over into next week. Please remove/keep off all exterior decor, keep pets secured indoors, and place all patio furniture indoors or in the center of your patio (items will be covered during painting only). For the week of 4/6/20: Units 133-136 will be power washed and prepped, followed by painting throughout the week (& possibly into next week). Iron painting for units 127-132 will be done on Monday. Units 137-142 will be power washed on Wednesday. For the week of 3/16/2020: Painting for Units 113-120 will continue throughout this week and into next week. Last weeks rain delayed the painting progress. Units 113-120 are expected to be completed Wed 3/25, weather permitting. Please remove/keep off all exterior decor, keep pets secured indoors, and place all patio furniture indoors or in the center of your patio (items will be covered during painting only). For the week of 3/2/20: Our crew will be finishing the exterior painting for Units 101-106 on Monday, with the exception of the iron. Our iron crew will be painting on Thursday. Units 107-112 will be prepped and painted this week and is expected to be completed on Friday. Units 113-120 will be power washed on Thursday & prepped on Friday. Please remove/keep off all exterior decor, keep pets secured indoors, and place all patio furniture indoors or in the center of your patio (items will not be covered during power washing, only during painting).
