For the week of 8/3/20: The clubhouse will be completed and some touch-ups done then our crew will be painting the common area wall at the main gate. Our iron crew will paint the pool iron on Monday as well. If you have any questions, please contact our office.

For the week of 7/20/20: Building 35 will be painted throughout the week and is expected to be completed on Thursday. Please keep off all decor from the exterior of your home, secure pets indoors, and keep all patio furniture indoors or in the center of your patio (furniture will be covered for painting only). For the week of 7/13/20: Building 34 will continue being painted and will be completed on Friday. Building 35 will be power washed on Friday and iron for Building 33 will be painted on Friday. Please remove and keep off all decor from the exterior of your home, secure pets indoors, and keep all patio furniture indoors or in the center of your patio (furniture will be covered for painting only). For the week of 7/6/20: Building 33 will continue to be painted and is expected to be completed on Wednesday. Building 34 will be power washed on Tuesday, followed by prepping and painting (which will carry over into next week). Please remove and keep off all decor from the exterior of your home, secure pets indoors, and keep all patio furniture indoors or in the center of your patio (furniture will be covered for painting only). For the week of 6/29/20: Our iron crew will be painting balconies and stairways for Buildings 30 & 31 on Thursday and Friday Painting for Building 33 will start on Friday and is expected to be completed on Wednesday of next week. Feel free to contact our office with questions.

For the week of 5/25/2020: We’ll be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Our crew will continue painting Building 28 this week starting Tuesday. Buildings 12-14 will be started Monday and painted throughout the week (they may carry over into next week). Buildings 15-17 will be power washed on Thursday. Buildings 3 & 4 are both expected to be completed on Friday, weather permitting. Front entry doors will be painted on Thursday/Friday (there will be another day available if you cannot be home). For the week of 3/9/20: Buildings 1 & 2 will be completed on Monday (the buildings will be inspected on Tuesday for any needed touch ups). Painting for building 3 will continue on Tuesday but the completion date is TBD due to rainy weather predicted Tues-Fri. Buildings 4-6 (units 1007-1012) will be power washed on Thursday for painting next week. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your home, secure pets indoors, and place all patio furniture indoors or in the center of your patio (furniture will be covered for painting only, not during power washing so it will get wet if left out).
