For the week of 2/22/21: Our iron crew will be back to paint skipped iron that has been confirmed by the HOA. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 1/18/21: The pool fencing will be painted on Monday and Tuesday (weather permitting). Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 1/11/21: Rod iron view fences marked in purple in Eagle Ridge will be painted this week (iron in yellow is done). Please make sure that all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc. is removed from the iron view fencing and that pets are secured indoors. Please allow access through your side gate. The pool fencing at the main pool will also be painted. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

Please make sure that all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc. is removed from the iron view fencing and that pets are secured indoors. Please allow access through your side gate. For the week of 12/21/20: No painting is being completed in Mountain Bridge this week. Our job site and office will be closed Wednesday afternoon (12/23) and will reopen January 4th, 2021.

Please make sure that your iron fencing is cleared of all vegetation, decor, lights, and/or chicken wire, etc. and that pets are secured indoors. Please allow yard access through your side gate. Common area walls in Montecito (marked in green) will be painted this week followed by common area walls in Bella Via (marked in red). Our wall crew will continue painting the common area walls (marked in dark yellow on the first map) and our iron crew will be painting rod iron view fences (marked in yellow on the second map). For the week of 8/17/20: Common area walls in LEGACY will be prepped throughout the week beginning on Monday. We have 2 crews starting behind the homes at Jensen St & Lynch and working in opposite directions. Painting for the common area walls (after they’ve been prepped) is expected to begin on Wednesday.
