For the week 11/9/20: All painting in the community is scheduled to be wrapped up on Monday.
For the week of 11/2/20: Building U & the pool will be power washed and prepped on Monday followed by painting throughout the week. Building U & the pool are expected to be completed on Friday (including iron). Please make sure all exterior decor is removed from the building, pets are secured indoors, and any patio furniture is placed in the center of your patio or indoors (items will be covered during painting only). Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/26/20: Buildings S & T will be power washed and prepped on Monday followed by painting throughout the week. S & T are expected to be completed on Friday (including iron). For the week of 9/21/20: Buildings I & J will be power washed and prepped on Monday followed by painting throughout the week. I & J are expected to be completed on Friday (including iron). For the week of 9/14/20: Buildings G & H will be power washed and prepped on Monday followed by painting throughout the week. Both are expected to be completed on Friday (including iron). For the week of 9/7/20: Our office and all staff will be off on Monday in celebration of Labor Day. Buildings E & F will be power washed and prepped on Tuesday followed by painting throughout the week. Both buildings are expected to be completed on Monday 9/14 (with the exception of iron). Please make sure all exterior decor is removed from the building, pets are secured indoors, and any patio furniture is placed in the center of your patio or indoors (items will be covered during painting only). Iron for Buildings C & D will be painted on Tuesday. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 8/31/20: Building B will be completed on Monday with the exception of iron, which will be painted throughout the week along with iron for Building A. Building C will be power washed on Monday, followed by prepping and painting and is expected to be completed on Wednesday (except iron which will be painted next week). Building D will be power washed on Wednesday with prepping and painting starting Thursday and will be completed on Friday (except iron). Please make sure all exterior decor is removed from the building, pets are secured indoors, and any patio furniture is placed in the center of your patio or indoors (items will be covered during painting only). For the week if 8/24/20: Building A is being power washed on Monday followed by prepping and painting throughout the week (notices were places on Friday). Building A is expected to be completed on Monday 8/31, except iron. Building B will be power washed on Wednesday with painting carrying over into next week. Please make sure all exterior decor is removed from the building, pets are secured indoors, and any patio furniture is placed in the center of your patio or indoors (items will be covered during painting only).
