For the week of 10/26/20: Our crew will complete the additionally requested homeowner painting on Tuesday (weather permitting).
For the week of 10/19/20: All scheduled painting in the community has been completed. Our crew will be working on additional work that’s been requested by individual residents.
For the week of 10/12/20: Units 57-49 will be painted throughout the week and are expected to be completed on Thursday. These are the final units to be painted (residents that reached out to have back patios painted will be contacted for scheduling soon). Please make sure that any decor is removed from the front exterior of your home and that any (front) patio furniture, etc is placed in the center of your patio or indoors (items will be covered during painting only). For the week of 10/5/20: Units 67-58 will be painted throughout the week and are expected to be completed on Thursday. Units 57-49 will be power washed on Friday for painting the following week. Please make sure that any decor is removed from the front exterior of your home and that any (front) patio furniture, etc is placed in the center of your patio or indoors (items will be covered during painting only). For the week of 9/28/20: Units 68-76 will be painted throughout the week and are expected to be completed on Thursday. Units 67-58 will be power washed on Friday for painting the following week. For the week of 9/21/20: Prepping and painting for Units 30-22 will begin on Monday and they’re expected to be completed on Friday. Units 68-76 will be power washed and prepped starting Thursday and painted next week (completion TBD). Please make sure that any decor is removed from the front exterior of your home and that any (front) patio furniture, etc is placed in the center of your patio or indoors (items will be covered during painting only). For the week of 9/14/20: Units 48-39 will be completed on Tuesday. Units 38-31 will be power washed on Tuesday, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week, and are expected to be completed next Monday. Units 30-22 will be power washed on Friday for prepping and painting next week (completion date TBD). Please make sure that any decor is removed from the front exterior of your home and that any (front) patio furniture, etc is placed in the center of your patio or indoors (items will be covered during painting only). For the week of 9/7/20: (Closed Labor Day) Units 48-39 will be power washed on Monday, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week. 48-39 are expected to be completed next Tuesday. Please make sure that any decor is removed from the front exterior of your home and that any (front) patio furniture, etc is placed in the center of your patio or indoors (items will be covered during painting only). For the week of 8/31/20: Prepping and painting for units 8-1, the pool perimeter wall, and the pool building will start on Monday and are all expected to be completed on Friday. Units 1-8 will be power washed on Friday (prepping and painting next week).
