Hello Residents
For the week of 11/4: The crew will be taking care of minor touch-ups on Monday and Tuesday and this will wrap up painting in the community. Doors that were unable to be painted will be scheduled for a future date (TBD). Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week 10/28: Doors for Building 7 will be painted on Monday (if you aren’t home, the crew will return on a Saturday TBD to paint the door or edges for your convenience) and 7 will be completed on Tuesday. Building 8 will be power washed on Monday, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week. B8 is expected to be completed by Friday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your home, and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. We will have a second crew painting the pool area on Thursday. Building 6 will be power washed, prepped, and painted this week, starting Monday, and is expected to be completed on Thursday (building 7 will also be power washed on Thursday, followed by prepping and painting). Building 5 will be power washed on Wednesday with prepping and painting to start on Thursday. For the week of 10/7: Our crew will be changing the colors on the doors for Building 1 on Monday and painting Building 3 (which was notified and power washed last Thursday). B3 is expected to be completed on Friday. Building 4 will be power washed on Wednesday, followed by prepping and painting that will carry over into next week. For the week of 9/30: Our crew will be painting the storage and meeting rooms on Monday. Building 2 will be power washed on Monday, followed by prepping and painting this week. B2 is expected to be completed by the end of the week.
For the week of 9/23: Monday is a rainy day, no crew on-site. Building 1 (units 1-4) will be power washed and prepped on Tuesday, followed by painting throughout the week.
