For the week of 2/4: Our crew will complete the painting on Monday. Please contact our office if your front door/edges haven’t been painted yet. There will be one final attempt (TBD).
For the week of 1/27: Painting for Building 13 will continue this week and is expected to be completed on Tuesday (we had a rain delay last week). Carports will be power washed and painted Monday-Wednesday. Reference for the map below: pink carports will be washed then painted Mon & Tues. Green will be washed then painted Tues & Wed. Please move your vehicles away from these areas between the hours of 7:00a-3:00p. We cannot be responsible for any vehicles that aren’t moved. Please contact our office with questions.
For the week of 1/20/20: Building 13 will be prepped on Monday and painted throughout the week. Building 13 is expected to be completed by the end of the week. Please keep all decor off of the exterior of the building and keep all patio furniture in the center of patio or indoors. Carports will be power washed and painted Tuesday-Friday. Building 13 will be power washed on Wednesday and prepped on Friday. Please remove all exterior decor and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 1/6/20: Building 11 will be painted this week and is expected to be completed on Thursday. Building 12 will be power washed on Wednesday and prepped on Friday (painting next week). Please remove all exterior decor and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 12/30: Happy New Year! Our crew will be back on Thursday and Friday to power wash and prep Building 11 and start working on the pool fence. For Building 11, please remove all exterior decor and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 12/16: Painting for Building 9 will be completed on Monday and Building 10 will be power washed, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week. Please remove all exterior decor and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions. Building 10 is expected to be completed on Friday. Our office and job sites will be closed from Dec 23 until Jan 2.
For the week of 12/9: Building 9 will be power washed and prepped on Tuesday (there was no work on Monday due to rain) followed by painting this week, and is expected to be completed on Mon 12/16. Please remove all exterior decor and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 12/2: Building 8 will be power washed and prepped on Monday and is expected to be completed on Friday. Please remove all exterior decor and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/25: Due to the rain delays last week, painting for Building 7 is starting on Monday and is expected to be completed on Wednesday. Please keep all decor off the exterior of your home and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions. We’ll be closed Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving.
For the week of 11/18: Building 7 is being power washed and prepped on Monday, followed by painting. B7 is expected to be completed on Friday (weather permitting). Please remove all exterior decor and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/11: Happy Veterans Day! Building 5 will be completed on Monday and Building 6 will be power washed, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week. Building 6 is expected to be completed on Friday. Building 7 will be power washed on Friday for painting next week. For the week of 10/28: Building 3 will be completed on Monday and Building 4 will be power washed and prepped. Building 4 will painted throughout the week and is expected to be complete on Friday (Building 5 is planned for power washing on Friday as well). Building 3 stairwells will be painted on Monday and on Building 4 stairwells will be painted on Friday. Please remove/keep off all exterior decor and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/21: Building 2 is being completed on Monday (iron for stairs will be painted on Thursday & Friday). Building 3 will be power washed and prepped on Monday followed by painting throughout the week. 3 is expected to be completed on Friday and Building 4 is expected to be power washed. If you’re not home for your door edges to be painted, be advised that we will return on a future Saturday for your convenience (TBD). For the week of 10/7: Building 1 will be prepped and painted this week and is expected to be completed on Friday. Please remove/keep off all exterior decor and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Building 2 will be power washed on Thursday with prepping and painting to follow, carrying over into the following week. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/30: Wood on Building 1 (1001/2001-1008/2008) will be primed on Monday only. Colors are under review at this time and our crew will return once they’re finalized.
