Hello Residents
For the week of 9/9: Our iron crew will be finishing up iron at the monument signs and our wall crew will be finishing the common area walls, both, on Monday. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
For the week of 9/2: Our office is closed Monday for Labor Day. Our wall crew will continue painting the common walls along the Southwest and Southeast ends of the community on Tuesday. Our iron crew will be painting fences on Tuesday only (for homes that were notified). Please make sure the iron is cleared of all obstructions, pets are secured indoors, and there’s yard access via the side gate between 6a-2p. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
For the week of 8/26: Common area walls in the Southern portion of the community will be painted this week; facing Broadway (at 104th Ln to 103rd Ave), facing 103rd Ave (from Broadway up to Atlantis Way), in the park and pathway (near Albeniz Pl & 104th Ln). The walls along Jones Ave, 99th Ave, & Broadway Rd will be started this week and continued the following week. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
For the week of 8/19: Our wall crew will continue painting common walls on the North side of the community behind (behind homes on Raymond St) and will continue along the East side of the community (down 99th Ave). Our iron crew will continue painting iron for these homes through Wednesday. Please remove any vegetation, lights, decor, etc from the fence and allow access through your side gate. Please secure pets indoors. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 8/12: Our wall crew will be prepping and painting the common walls on the North side of the community (behind homes on Raymond St). Our iron crew will start painting rod iron view fences for those home on Thursday and continue into next week. Please remove any vegetation, lights, decor, etc from the fence and allow access through your side gate. Please secure pets indoors. Contact our office with any questions.
