For the week of 5/23/22: Remaining front and screen doors will be painted Monday-Wednesday. This will completed all painting scheduled in the community.
For the week of 4/4/22: Touch-ups throughout the community will be taken care of this week. If you have any items to be addressed, please email a description and picture(s) to your HOA. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 3/28/22: Buildings 6 (1017/2017-1020/2020) & 7 (1021/2021-1022/2022) will be prepped and painted throughout the week. Iron will be painted on buildings 5-7 on Thursday (weather permitting). Please remove any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. off your home and place any outdoor furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 3/14/22: Building 19 will continue to be painted through Tuesday. On Monday, Building 1 (1001/2001-1002/2002) will be power washed, followed by prepping and painting. On Thursday, Building 2 (1003/2003-1004/2004) will be power washed, followed by prepping and painting.
