Hello Residents
For the week of 11/29/21: Touch-ups will be done throughout the community and doors/door edges will be painted. Please open your front door for painting when our foreman arrives. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/22/21: Iron (for buildings A & B and light posts) and the perimeter community walls will be painted Mon-Wed. Doors will be painted on Tuesday. We’ll be closed Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving. Please contact our office with any questions or concerns.
For the week of 11/15/21: Building A is expected to be completed on Monday and the pool area painting will start on Monday as well. Front and security doors will be painted Mon-Wed (please leave the security screen door unlocked between 6am-2pm). Please contact our office with any questions or concerns.
For the week of 11/8/21: Touch ups will be completed Mon-Wed on Buildings F, E, & D. Building A is expected to be completed this week. Please keep any decor, vegetation, etc. off the exterior of your unit and place any outside furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 11/1/21: Building B will be completed on Tuesday. Building A will be power washed on Tuesday, followed by prepping and painting. Please remove any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and place any outside furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 10/25/21: Back doors for Building D (& possibly C if time permits) will be prepped for painting. Building B will be painted starting Tuesday (was notified and power washed on Friday). Please remove any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and place any outside furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 10/18/21: Painting for Building C is continuing this week and is expected to be completed on Friday. Building B will be power washed on Friday. Please remove any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and place any outside furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 10/11/21: Painting for Building D will be completed on Tuesday. Building C will be power washed on Tuesday, followed by prepping and painting into next week. Please remove any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and place any outside furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. Please remove any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and place any outside furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 9/27/2021: Building E will be completed on Tuesday. Building D will be power washed on Tuesday, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week and is expected to be completed 10/5. Wood that was replaced on building F will also be painted this week. Please remove any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and place any outside furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. Entry doors will be painted on Friday 9/24 (someone needs to be home to open).
