For the week of 1/10/22: Building 3 (units 112-116) will continue being painted this week. Perimeter walls will then be prepped. Please remove and keep any decor, vegetation, etc. off the exterior of your building and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 1/3/2022: Happy New Year! Building 3 (units 112-116) will be power washed, prepped, and painted throughout the week starting on Monday. Please remove and keep any decor, vegetation, etc. off the exterior of your building and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 12/20/21: Perimeter walls will be painted this week through Thursday (half day). Please contact our office with any questions. We’ll be closed from 12/24/21 through 1/3/22.
For the week of 12/13/21: Painting for Building 2 (units 106-111) will continue to be painted this week. Building 2 (units 106-111) is expected to be power washed on Thursday or Friday (notices will be placed on units for which day), followed by prepping and painting into next week. Building 5 (units 123-128) is expected to be power washed on Wednesday, followed by prepping and painting into next week.
