For the week of 6/1/21: Culvert rails in E12 will be painted and then our crew will move on to culvert railings on the East side of the community. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/17/21: Common walls marked in yellow and wrought iron view fences marked in purple in E12 will be painted this week. Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. are removed from the iron view fencing so we have clear access to paint. Please allow access through your side gate and secure your pets indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/10/21: Iron view fences (in green) will be painted on Tuesday and Wednesday in section E13. Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. are removed from the iron view fencing so we have clear access to paint. Please allow access through your side gate and secure your pets indoors. Common area walls in section E12 (red) will be prepped and painted the rest of the week. For the week of 5/3/21: Iron view fences in section E14 (blue) will be painted on Tuesday & Wednesday. Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. are removed from the iron view fencing so we have clear access to paint. Please allow access through your side gate and secure your pets indoors. Common area walls in E13 & E12 (green) will start being prepping and painting on Thursday. For the week of 4/26/21: Iron view fences (for homes that were notified) and culvert rails (in red) will be painted Monday and Tuesday (weather permitting). Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. are removed from the iron view fencing so we have clear access to paint. Yellow areas that also have wrought iron view fencing will start being painted on Thursday (notices were placed on homes last week). Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. are removed from the iron view fencing so we have clear access to paint. Wrought iron view fences (blue) in E10 will be painted starting Tuesday and continuing throughout the week. Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. are removed from the iron view fencing so we have clear access to paint. Wrought iron view fences in E16 (marked in blue) will be painted starting Monday and continue throughout the week (possibility of weather delays). Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. are removed from the iron view fencing so we have clear access to paint. For the week of 3/8/21: The common area walls in E7 (marked in yellow) will be painted this week and the walls marked in red will be prepped and painted (blue walls are done). The wrought iron view fencing in yellow (on the second map) will start being painted this week (notices will be placed on homes with dates). Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. are removed from the iron view fencing so we have clear access to paint. Please allow yard access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. Common area walls in E9 will continue being prepped on Friday, weather permitting.
