Hello Residents
For the week of 2/15/21: Common area walls and monument signs are expected to be completed on Monday. Our iron crew will continue painting the wrought iron view fences marked in yellow (orange is done) throughout the week, as well as decorative iron crosses throughout the community (on walls). Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. are removed from the iron so we have clear access to paint. Please allow access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. For the week of 2/8/21: Common area walls marked in purple will be prepped and painted starting Monday (green walls are done). The wrought iron view fences for houses marked in yellow will begin on Wednesday. Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. are removed from the iron so we have clear access to paint. Please allow access through your side gate and secure pets indoors.
