For the week of 7/4/22: We’ll be closed Monday in observance of the 4th of July. Building 7 (1226-1228) will be power washed on Tuesday, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week and into next. Please remove/keep off any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 6/27/22: Units 1223-1225 will be painted throughout the week (these units were power washed on Thursday of last week and prepped on Friday). Please remove/keep off any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 6/20/22: On Wednesday, Building 5 (1220-1222) will be completed and Building 6 (1223-1225) will be power washed. 1223-1225 will be prepped and then painted throughout this week and into next. For the week of 6/13/22: Building 4 (1214-1216) is expected to be completed on Tuesday and Building 5 (1220-1222) will be power washed. 1220-1222 will be prepped and painted throughout the week and carry over into next.
