For the week of 1/2/2023: Happy New Year! Our iron crew will be in the community on Thursday and Friday only in an attempt to paint any skipped homeowner view fence. Notifications were emailed to residents by the HOA. Please have your iron ready for this FINAL painting attempt. Please remove any vegetation, chicken wire/critter fencing, decor, lights, etc. from your iron fencing so we have unobstructed access to paint it. Please secure your pets inside. For the week of 12/19/22: Touch-ups and 2 entry gates in section 2 will be painted on Monday. Please contact our office with any questions. Our office and job sites will be closed next week, 12/26-12/30.
For the week of 12/13/22: Our crew will attempt to painted previously skipped view fences from section 2. Please remove any vegetation, chicken wire/critter fencing, decor, lights, etc. from your iron fencing so we have unobstructed access to paint it. Please secure your pets inside. A second crew will be in the community attempting to paint previously skipped view fences from section 1 & 2. For the week of 9/5/22: We’re closed on Monday for Labor Day. Common area walls marked in yellow (1st map) will be painted throughout the week (walls in green are done). Wrought iron view fences marked in blue (2nd map) will start to be painted on Wednesday. Please remove any vegetation, chicken wire/critter fencing, decor, lights, etc. from the iron so we have unobstructed access to paint it. Please secure your pets inside.
