Hello Residents!
For the week of 10/24/22: We’ll make a final return to homes in parcel 8 (6333 & 6334 Viewmont) in an attempt to paint view fences that were previously skipped due to chicken wire, vegetation, locked gates, decor, pets in the yard, etc.. Please have your iron ready for painting and your yard accessible so your view fence can be completed. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/10/22: Wrought iron view fences marked in red in sections 8 and 9 will be painted this week. Please remove any vegetation, decor, chicken wire/critter fencing, etc from the iron so that we have clear access to paint the metal. Please allow yard access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/3/22: Wrought iron view fences marked in blue in section 8 will start being painted this week. Please remove any vegetation, decor, chicken wire/critter fencing, etc from the iron so that we have clear access to paint the metal. For the week of 9/26/22: Common walls in GREEN will continue being painted this week (rain caused delays last week, walls in yellow are completed). If you have any questions, please contact our office.
