For the week of 4/22/24: We are finishing the PINK areas in Desert Vistas on Monday and Tuesday and then moving on to the RED in Sonoran Heights. Please remove any chicken/critter wire, vegetation, decor, etc. to allow clear access for painting. Please secure pets in doors and allow access through your side gate. For the week of 3/25/24: We are working on the blue and pink areas in Desert Vistas. We will also be painting all electrical boxes, gates, railings and sign posts. Please remove any chicken/critter wire, vegetation, decor, etc. to allow clear access for painting. Please secure pets in doors and allow access through your side gate.
For the week of 3/18/24: We have started in Desert Vistas! We are focusing on the blue area as well as electrical boxes, gates, railings and sign posts. Please remove any chicken/critter wire, vegetation, decor, etc. to allow clear access for painting. Please secure pets in doors and allow access through your side gate.
For the week of 3/11/24: We will finish up in the Terraces this week. Please remove any chicken/critter wire, vegetation, decor, etc. to allow clear access for painting. Please secure pets in doors and allow access through your side gate.
For the week of 3/4/24: We are finished in Silverhawk and are moving on to Terraces. Areas in GREEN will be our focus for both walls and iron. Please remove any chicken/critter wire, vegetation, decor, etc. to allow clear access for painting. Please secure pets in doors and allow access through your side gate.
For the week of 2/26/24: We will be working in the GREEN areas on iron in Silverhawk along with electrical boxes, sign posts and gates. If this is completed before end of week we will move on to Terraces section. Please remove any chicken/critter wire, vegetation, decor, etc. to allow clear access for painting. Please secure pets in doors and allow access through your side gate.
For the week of 2/19/24: We will be going back to try and paint all skipped iron in Eagle Feather, Ironwood Pass and Vintage Hills this week. If you’ve received a notice from your property manager or board, please prepare for us. After skipped iron we will work in the GREEN areas in Silverhawk. Please remove any chicken/critter wire, vegetation, decor, etc. to allow clear access for painting. Please secure pets in doors and allow access through your side gate.
For the week of 2/12/24: We have finished in Vintage Hills and are working in Silverhawk. We will focus on areas in PINK. Please remove any chicken/critter wire, vegetation, decor, etc. to allow clear access for painting. Please secure pets in doors and allow access through your side gate.
For the week of 1/29/24: We have finished in Ironwood Pass and are working on iron repairs. Our crews are now in Vintage Hills. We will focus on areas in PINK, BLUE areas have been completed. Please remove any chicken/critter wire, vegetation, decor, etc. to allow clear access for painting. Please secure pets in doors and allow access through your side gate.

For the week of 10/2/23: Common area walls marked in blue in Sonoran Hills, wrought iron in purple, electrical boxes, and entry gates will be painted throughout the week. For homes with wrought iron view fencing, please make sure the iron is cleared of all vegetation, chicken wire, vegetation, decor, etc. so our crew has clear access to paint.
