For the week of 3/18/24: We will be finishing section 11 (BLUE) and then moving on to section 10, prepping and painting in YELLOW and PURPLE. Please allow access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 3/4/24: We will be working in 14A this week. Please remove chicken wire/critter fencing, vegetation, lights, decor, etc. to allow clear access to paint the iron. Please allow access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 2/26/24: We will be finishing in 13A with areas marked in YELLOW. Then we will move on to 14B. Please remove chicken wire/critter fencing, vegetation, lights, decor, etc. to allow clear access to paint the iron. Please allow access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. For the week of 2/19/24: We will circle back to paint all skipped iron on Monday and Tuesday. If you’ve received a notice from your property manager, please prepare for us. Then we will be moving on to section 13A in areas marked in YELLOW. Please remove chicken wire/critter fencing, vegetation, lights, decor, etc. to allow clear access to paint the iron. Please remove chicken wire/critter fencing, vegetation, lights, decor, etc. to allow clear access to paint the iron. Please allow access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. For the week of 11/20/23: Wrought iron view fences in section B4 will be painted (first map below is an overview & close up maps have iron marked in pink). Please remove any chicken wire/critter fencing, vegetation, lights, etc. and allow access through your side gate to allow for clear painting access. Please secure pets inside. Common area walls in section B7 will start being prepped. We’ll be closed Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
