For the week of 3/27/23: Front doors for building M will be painted on Monday (roof walls will be primed as well). Exterior painting for the body and trim will continue on Tuesday followed by garage doors. Please remove &/or keep any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. off of your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Please keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 3/20/23: The body and trim will continue being painted for Building M (weather delays have caused slowed progress). Please remove &/or keep any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. off of your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Please keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 3/13/23: Building M will continue being prepped, repaired, and primed this week. Please remove &/or keep any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. off of your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Please keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 3/6/23: Building L will continue being painted (trim and doors remaining) and is expected to be done mid-week. Building M will be prepped and repairing (following building L). Please remove &/or keep any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. off of your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Please keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 2/27/23: Priming and painting will continue for Building L (9718 N Azure Ct., lots 67-74) throughout the week. Building M will be power washed on Friday. Please remove &/or keep any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. off of your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Please keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 2/20/23: Priming and painting will continue for Building L (9718 N Azure Ct., lots 67-74) throughout the week. We’ll have a second crew painting iron balconies, view fences, and gates. Please remove &/or keep any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. off of your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Please keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 2/13/23: Painting will continue for Building K (9715 N Azure Ct., lots 61-66) this week with garage doors being painted on Wednesday (weather permitting). Building L (9718 N Azure Ct., lots 67-74) will be power washed on Monday followed by prepping and painting (weather permitting). Please remove &/or keep any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. off of your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Please keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 2/6/23: Prepping and painting for Building K (9715 N Azure Ct., lots 61-66) will continue through the week. Please keep any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. off of your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Please keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Our iron crew will be in the community painting balconies on Monday. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 1/30/23: Building K (9715 N Azure Ct., lots 61-66) will continue being prepped, primed, and painted this week. Please remove and keep off any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. from your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Please place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Our iron crew will be in the community painting view fencing, doors, and balconies for Building J. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 1/23/23: Due to rain last week, painting was delayed. Building J will continue to be painted this week (exterior trim and pop-outs, front and garage doors). Building K will be power washed on Monday or Tuesday, followed by prepping and repairing for painting next week. Please remove and keep off any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. from your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Please place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 1/16/23: Painting has been delayed due to inclement weather. Painting will continue on building J, including front and garage doors (as the rain clears). Please remove/keep off any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 1/9/23: Building J (9725 N Azure Crt., units 55-60) will be power washed and prepped followed by painting throughout the week (weather permitting). Please remove any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and keep pets secured indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
