For the week of 8/7/23: Our crew will be completing touch ups in the community on Monday and Tuesday. This will complete all work in the Bella Via community. Thank you!
For the week of 7/24/23: The clubhouse will be completed on Monday (the area will be closed). Our crew expects to complete all remaining additional work requested by homeowners in the community this week. Please use the link provided by the HOA to submit any final punch list items that you need addressed on your home (the deadline for submission is 7/31/23). For the week of 7/17/23: The clubhouse will be power washed on Monday followed by prepping and painting (the clubhouse, pool, and gym will be closed on Friday). Extra items requested by individual homeowners will be worked on this week. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/10/23: Lots 105-109 will continue and be completed on Monday. Lots 110-115 will be power washed on Monday for prepping and painting throughout the week. Please keep any decor, vegetation, etc. off of the exterior of your home and place any patio furniture into the center of your patio or indoors. Please make sure all pets are secured indoors. Lots 105-109 will continue to be prepped and painted starting Wednesday. For the week 3/20/23: Due to rain delays, lots 26-31 will continue being painted. Further rain delays are expected so painting may carry over into next week. Lots 20-25 will be power washed on Monday, then prepped and painted following 15-19. For the week of 2/13/23: Painting has been delayed due to inclement weather. Lots 5-9 will continue being painted throughout this week and are expected to be completed next Tuesday or Wednesday. Lots 10-14 will be power washed on Tuesday are expected to start being prepped and painted next week.
