For the week of 5/6: Our crew will be onsite completing lot 5829 on Monday. Necessary wood repair will be repaired on Monday and Tuesday (homes were notified last week). Please contact our office with any questions .
For the week of 4/15: Our crew will continue painting lots 5831-5826 (except 5829) and expect to have them completed on Tuesday. The perimeter wall on Warner Elliot Loop will also be painted. Please keep all decor off of the exterior of your home and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please allow access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. For the week of 4/8: Our crew will start painting lots 5831-5827 (lot 5829 is on hold) on Monday and expect to have them completed on Friday or Monday 4/15. Lot 5826 will be power washed on Thursday for painting next week. Please remove all decor off of the exterior of your home and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 4/1: Our crew will complete lots 5820-5837 on Monday (with entry & garage doors). Lots 5836-5832 will be prepped on Monday, followed by painting on Tuesday and are expected to be completed on Friday or Monday 4/8. Lots 5831-5827 will be power washed on Thursday for painting next week. Please remove all decor off of the exterior of your home and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 3/25: Our crew will finish lots 5825-5821 on Monday. Lots 5820-5818, 5838 & 5837 have been power washed and will be prepped and painted starting Monday and are expected to be completed on Friday, or possibly carrying over to Monday of next week. Lots 5836-5832 will be power washed on Thursday for painting to start next week. Please remove all decor off of the exterior of your home and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please allow access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. For the week of 3/11: Our crew will continue painting lots 5812-5808 (pink lines on map) and expect to have them completed on Thursday or Friday (weather permitting). Lots 5825-5821 (yellow) will be power washed Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on the weather (rain is expected in the forecast), and painting will begin following 5812-5808. Please remove all decor off of the exterior of your home and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please allow access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. Lots 5812-5808 (pink) will be power washed on Tuesday, followed by prepping and painting on Wednesday afternoon. These homes are expected to be completed Tuesday of next week. For the week of 2/25: Painting for lots 5807-5804 will continue on Monday (delayed due to rain) and are expected to be completed on Wednesday. Lots 5803-5801 and 5840 & 5839 are expected to be completed on Friday. Our crew will also begin power washing and painting lots 5817-5813 on Thursday. Please remove all decor off of the exterior of your home and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please allow access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. For the week of 2/18: No painting on Monday due to rain. Our crew will continue with lots 5807-5804 on Tuesday and expect to have them completed on Monday 2/25, weather permitting. Lots 5803-5801, 5840 & 5839 will be power washed on Tuesday with painting beginning on Wednesday. These homes are expected to be completed by Thursday 2/28, weather permitting.
