Hello Residents
For the week of 2/25: Our crews will be painting exterior facing walls, and the interior/exterior of the iron view fences marked in BLUE on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please remove all decor, vegetation, & chicken wire from the iron and allow access through your side gate. Please secure pets indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 2/18: No painting this week. Iron view fencing will begin next week.
For the week of 2/11: Our crew will complete the common area wall painting on Thursday. Iron painting will begin next week (notices will be placed with a start date). Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 2/4: Rain has delayed painting. Our crew will be back on site when the weather dries up to continue painting the common area walls (marked in red and green on map).
For the week of 1/28: Our crew will be painting common area block walls around the community (marked in red on the map below). Please contact our office with any questions.
