For the week of 6/3: Painting for lots 67-72 will continue this week and are expected to be completed on Wednesday. We’ll have a second crew on site doing some iron painting Monday through Wednesday or Thursday. This will complete all painting in the community. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/27: On Wednesday our crew will be finishing lot 66. Lots 67-72 will be started on Thursday and continue into next week. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your home and place all furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. We’ll have a second crew on site doing some iron painting on Wednesday & Thursday. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/20: Our crew will start prepping and painting Lots 61-66 on Monday and are expected to be completed on Thursday. Lots 67-72 will be power washed on Thursday for painting next week. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your home and place all furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/13: Our crew will start prepping and painting Lots 56-61 on Monday and are expected to be completed on Thursday. Lots 62-67 will be power washed on Thursday for painting next week. For the week of 5/6: Lots 50-55 will be prepped and painted starting Monday and are expected to be completed on Thursday. Lots 56-61 will be power washed on Thursday for painting next week. For the week of 4/29: Painting for lots 44-49 will begin on Monday and are expected to be completed on Thursday (weather permitting). Lots 50-55 will be power washed on Thursday for painting next week. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your home and place all furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. We’ll have a second crew on site painting iron on Mon-Thurs. For homes notified for iron this week, please allow yard access through your side gate. For the week of 4/22: Our crew will start painting lots 37-43 on Monday and expect to have them completed on Thursday. Lots 44-49 will be power washed on Thursday for prepping and painting next week. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your home and place all furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. We’ll have a second crew on site painting iron on Thursday. For homes with iron that were notified for this week, please allow yard access through your side gate. Please remove any and all decor, vegetation, lights, etc. and please keep pets secured inside. For the week of 4/15: Our crew will be finishing lots 25-30 and prepping lots 31-36 on Monday. We plan to have lots 31-36 completed on Thursday. For homes within lots 13-24 that have iron, please allow yard access through your side gate. Please remove any and all decor, vegetation, lights, etc. and please keep pets secured inside. The rain in the forecast will prohibit our crew from painting. They’ll return when the weather clears.
