For the week of 7/12/21: We will be finished painting your beautiful community by this Wednesday! Tuesday will be focused on painting all entry doors that were skipped throughout the process. This includes units: 2, 3, 4, 13, 17, 21, 24, 48, 59, 62, 82, 83 and 84. If you cannot be present on Tuesday, July 13 for painting, please contact our offices to schedule a time before Wednesday afternoon to have this done. For the week of 6/28/21: Power wash and prep pool area on Monday. We will be painting front doors at units 82-88. Please make sure that all decor, lights, etc. are removed from all exterior parts of your home and that all patio furniture is in the middle of your patio (away from walls) or indoors. For the week of 6/21/21: Unit 83 will be finished. Garage doors will be painted for units 82-85. We will begin masking on units 86-88. Please make sure that all decor, lights, etc. are removed from all exterior parts of your home and that all patio furniture is in the middle of your patio (away from walls) or indoors. For the week of 6/14/21: Units 82-85 will begin power wash and prep Tuesday followed by prepping and painting the rest of the week and into next week. Front doors for units 78-81 will be painted on Tuesday (someone needs to be home to open the door for front door painting). Front and garage doors for units 68-72 will be painted on Tuesday (someone needs to be home to open the door for front door painting). For the week of 2/1/21: Our crew will be removing the wood header above the front window and shutters for the units marked in yellow (units 1-44) on Monday and Tuesday (shutters will be replaced at a later date). Units 1-5 will begin being prepped on Tuesday and will be power washed on Friday. Stucco repairs for the units with the removed headers will start on Wednesday and carry on into next week.
