For the week of 9/2: Our iron crew will be on-site on Friday only to continue painting the perimeter fencing and pillars.
For the week of 8/26: Our iron crew will be on-site Mon-Wed to paint the perimeter fencing only.
Village One painting is complete.
For the week of 6/24: Painting for Building 18 will continue this week and is expected to be complete on Friday. We will have a second crew painting iron on Building 17 on Monday and Building 18 on Thursday. Please keep all decor off of the exterior of your building and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 6/17: Carports between buildings 16-18 will be painted on Monday. Please remove your vehicle by 6am to 3pm, we cannot be responsible for vehicles that are not removed. Building 18 will be power washed on Tuesday and prepped throughout the week (painting will begin Monday 6/24). Please remove all decor from the exterior of your building and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. We’ll have an iron crew on site on Thursday to paint the iron on Building 17. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 6/10: Our crew will continue painting Building 17 of 9210 E Mission Ln and expect to have it completed on Thursday or Friday. Please remove all decor off of the exterior of the building and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Certain carports will be notified for power washing happening this Friday (notices will be posted on carport poles). Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 6/3: Our crew will finish Building 16 of 9270 E Mission Ln on Tuesday. Building 17 of 9270 E Mission Ln will be power washed on Tuesday followed by prepping and painting into next week. For the week of 5/27: Building 16 of 9270 E Mission Ln will be prepped starting Tuesday and painted Thursday, weather permitting. We will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day. For the week of 4/15: Our crew will be painting carports marked in YELLOW on Monday. Carports in RED will be power washed on Tuesday and painted on Wednesday. We cannot be responsible for any vehicles not moved between 7am-3pm. (An email was sent out last week by Tri-City). Building 12 of 9345 N. 92nd St. will be power washed on Monday & prepped on Tuesday. Painting for building 12 will start on Thursday and expects to be completed next Wednesday 4/24. For the week of 3/11: Building 7 of 9340 N 92nd St (yellow) will be finished with painting on Monday. Building 8 of 9340 N 92nd St (yellow) was power washed on Friday and prepping begins on Monday, painting will follow. There is rain in the forecast which will prohibit our crew from painting, but they’ll return when the weather clears up. Our iron crew is expected to be painting the iron on the stairwells and balconies for buildings 6 & 7 on Wednesday (weather permitting). For the week of 2/25: Our crew will continue painting Building 6 (delayed due to rain) and expect to have it completed on Wednesday. Carports will be notified to advise of power washing (on Tuesday) and painting (Wednesday [marked in dark blue] & Thursday [marked in red]). Please remove your vehicle if parked in the notified carports between 7:00-3:00 on Wednesday and Thursday. Building 7 of 9340 N 92nd St will be power washed on Friday. For the week of 12/31: Happy New Year! Our crew will be back on 1/2/2019 to repair drywall and prepping building 2 of 9355 N 91st St (North). Painting will start next Monday. For the week of 12/24: We will be closed from Monday 12/24 through Tuesday 1/1/2019 in celebration of Christmas and New Years. Our crew will return on January 2nd.
