For the week of 4/22/24: We will be finishing all railings and iron on Buildings 26-29 this week. We will also be working on flooring for Buildings 22-25. Please remove & keep off any exterior decor, lights, vegetation, etc. and place any patio furniture indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 4/15/24: We are working on finishing Building 28 (BLUE) and working on Building 29 (RED) this week. We will also be working on flooring for Buildings 18, 19, 20, 21 this week. Please remove & keep off any exterior decor, lights, vegetation, etc. and place any patio furniture indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 4/8/24: We are working on finishing Building 27 (RED) and Building 28 (BLUE) this week. We are also starting on flooring again and will be focusing on Buildings 14, 15, 16, 17 this week. For the week of 4/1/24: We still need to do the rails and garage doors for Building 26 (YELLOW) and will also continue on Building 27 (RED). We plan to begin prepping Building 28 (BLUE) by Thursday. For the week of 10/23/23: Garage doors for Building 10 will be painted this week. Building 11 will be painted throughout the week and is expected to be completed on Wednesday. For the week of 9/4/23: We’re closed Monday for Labor Day. The garage doors for building 3 will be completed on Tuesday along with touch-ups. Building 4 will be power washed on Tuesday, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week (& into next).
