For the week of 9/25/23: Building 7 will be power washed and prepped starting Monday and painted throughout the week. Please remove any exterior decor, lights, vegetation, etc. and place any patio furniture indoors. Please secure pets inside. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/18/23: Building 5 will be finish being painted on Monday (garage doors will not be painted at this time while details are decided). Building 6 will be power washed and prepped starting Monday then painted throughout the week. Please remove any exterior decor, lights, vegetation, etc. and place any patio furniture indoors. Please secure pets inside. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 9/4/23: We’re closed Monday for Labor Day. The garage doors for building 3 will be completed on Tuesday along with touch-ups. Building 4 will be power washed on Tuesday, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week (& into next). Please remove any exterior decor, lights, vegetation, etc. and place any patio furniture indoors. Please secure pets inside. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
