Hello Residents
For the week of 10/17/22: Iron repairs will be started on Monday. For view fences that were skipped, please have any chx wire/critter fencing, vegetation, lights, decor, etc. removed from the iron for our final return this Thursday and Friday. Please allow access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. Contact our office with any question.
For the week of 10/3/22: The remaining common area walls will be completed on Monday with the exception of one section needing bee removal (blue). Common area walls marked in green will have the body color painted and in yellow will have the trim painted. Culvert rails will be painted in the community on Tuesday. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/26/22: Common area walls marked in RED will be painted this week starting on the South side of the community. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
For the week of 9/19/22: Common area walls in BLUE/white will be painted with the trim color this week (walls in green are completed). Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/12/22: Common area walls marked in yellow will continue to be painted throughout the week. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
For the week of 9/5/22: Closed Monday for Labor Day. Common area walls marked in yellow will starting being prepped and painted. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
