For the week of 5/15/23: Perimeter walls will be prepped and painted and the pool fence will be painted this week. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/8/23: Building 16 (145-147) will be power washed on Monday then prepped and painted throughout the week. Please remove any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/1/23: Building 15 (142-144) will be power washed on Monday then prepped and painted throughout the week. Building 14 will be completed on Monday with the front doors and garage doors being painted. Please remove any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 4/24/23: Building 6 (units 116-118) will be completed on Monday (trim, doors, & garages). Building 14 (units 139-141) will be power washed on Monday, followed by painting throughout the week.
