Hello Residents!
For the week of 10/24/22: We’ll make our final return in an attempt to paint view fences that were previously skipped throughout the community due to chicken wire, vegetation, locked gates, decor, pets in the yard, etc. (starting in Bella Sonia). Please have your iron ready for painting and your yard accessible so your view fence can be completed. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/17/22: All items marked in red (wrought iron view fences, valve boxes, fencing, posts) will be painted in Tesoro, Diamonte West, Bella Sonia, and then Diamonte East. For iron view fences: Please remove any vegetation, decor, chicken wire/critter fencing, etc. from the iron so that we have clear access to paint the metal. Please allow yard access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. Contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 10/3/22: Culvert rails will be painted in the community on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/26/22: Various items throughout Vistas and Missions will be painted this week (culvert rails, valve boxes, safety/parking posts). Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

Please remove any vegetation, chicken wire/critter fencing, decor, lights, etc. from the iron so we have unobstructed access to paint it. Please remove any vegetation, chicken wire/critter fencing, decor, lights, etc. from the iron so we have unobstructed access to paint it.
