For the week of 2/26/24: We are finishing up the last building and will be painting carports and perimeter walls and fencing this week. Please remove and keep any exterior decor, lights, vegetation, etc. off the exterior of your unit and have any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 2/12/24: We will be painting the doors of Bldg. 28 this week. We will also begin prepping Bldg. 29. Please remove and keep any exterior decor, lights, vegetation, etc. off the exterior of your unit and have any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. For the week of 11/20/23: Building 14 will be completed on Monday (doors and trim). Building 15 will be power washed on Monday, followed by prepping and painting through Wednesday. We’ll be closed Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving. For the week of 7/31/23: We are currently working on painting Building 2. Building #3 will be pressure washed and prepped. We will also be putting notices on doors Friday for door painting of Building 2 and anything we missed on Building 1. Please remove any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. from your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please allow access to your patio and secure pets inside.
