For the week of 10/23/23: A small portion of common area iron will be painted in Zone 4 section 12 on Monday to completed this painting project in the community. Thank you!
For the week of 10/9/23: Common area walls marked in green in section 4 and culvert rails throughout the community will be painted this week. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
For the week of 10/2/23: Common area walls in purple will have the trim painted and wrought iron in yellow will also be painted. For wrought iron view fences, please make sure that the iron is cleared of all vegetation, chicken wire, lights, decor etc. so our crew has clear access to paint. Please allow access through your side gate and secure pets indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/25/23: Common area walls in purple will have the trim color painted. Common area walls in green will be power washed and prepped (walls in red are done). Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/18/23: Common area walls in phase 3 (section 8) marked in purple will have the trim painted. Walls in red have been completed. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/11/23: Common area walls in phase 3 marked in purple will have the trim painted, followed by the common area walls marked in green being power washed and prepped. Walls in red have been completed. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/4/23: We’re closed Monday for Labor Day. Starting Tuesday, the common area walls marked in purple will have the trim painted, followed by the common area walls marked in green being power washed and prepped. For the week of 8/28/23: Common area walls marked in purple will have the trim painted followed by the common area walls marked in green being power washed, prepped, and painted throughout the week (walls in red are done). Please contact our office with any questions.
