For the week of 9/5/22: We’ll be close on Monday for Labor Day. Painting for the pool area and monument sign will be completed on Tuesday. A few remaining common walls will be painted on Wednesday. Doors and screens will be painted on Thursday and all is expected to be completed on Friday. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 8/29/22: The exterior of Building 5E and the pool area will be painted this week and are expected to be completed on Wednesday. Please remove and keep any decor, vegetation, etc. off the exterior of your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please secure pets inside. Touch-ups throughout the community will also be done on Wednesday. Doors/screens will be painted on Thursday and Friday. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
For the week of 8/22/22: Buildings 5C & 5D will start being painted on Monday and the exterior is expected to be completed on Thursday. Doors and screens will be painted on Friday (for 5C & 5D) and Building 5E and the pool house will be power washed (Friday). Please remove and keep any decor, vegetation, etc. off the exterior of your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors (if left outside during power washing, it will get wet). Buildings 5C & 5D will be power washed on Friday.
