Hello Residents
For the week of 7/11/22: Building 8 will be completed on Tuesday. Carports on the West side of the property (red) will be power washed on Wednesday 7/13 and painted on Thursday 7/14. Carports on the East side of the property (yellow) will be power washed on Thursday 7/14 and painted on Friday 7/15. If your vehicle is still there during power washing, it will get wet and dirty and neither the Association nor Titan will be responsible. Please ensure that your vehicle is not parked under the carports on your corresponding dates. Vehicles under the carports will be towed at the vehicle owners expense. For the week of 7/4/22: We’ll be closed on Monday in observance of the 4th of July. Building 8 (1013-1016) will continue being painted this week. Please keep all exterior decor off of your home, patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors, and secure your pets inside. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
For the week 6/27/22: Building 8 (1013-1016) will be power washed on Monday, followed by prepped and painting after the completion of Building 7. Please remove & keep all exterior decor off of your home, patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors, and secure your pets inside. Building 7 will be completed on Tuesday (iron on buildings 6 & 7 will be completed this week). Please contact our office if you have any questions.

Please remove & keep all exterior decor off of your home, patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors, and secure pets inside.
