Hello Residents!
For the week of 12/19/22: Our crew will be back in the community through Thursday making a final attempt to paint previously skipped iron. Correspondences have been made by the HOA to all residents still needing their view fencing to be painted. Please remove any and all vegetation, chicken wire/critter fencing, lights, decor, etc. from the iron so our crew has clear access to paint. Please secure pets indoors and allow access through your side gate. Feel free to contact our office with any question.
For the week of 11/21/22: One remaining ramada at the clubhouse and the common area walls in Estrella Vista will be completed this week, along with the culvert railings and entry gate (in Estrella Vista). We’ll be closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/14/22: Ramadas throughout the community, the pool area in Entrada, and common area walls in Estrella Vista will be painted. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/7/22: Iron repairs are beginning on Monday at the basketball court. The pool fencing in Entrada will be painted Tues-Fri. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/31/22: Common area walls marked in green in Ellsworth Villas will be painted starting Monday. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/24/22: We’ll make a final return to Lantana, Montebella, Stonegate, Carmel, Reserve, and Riviera in an attempt to paint view fences that were previously skipped due to chicken wire, vegetation, locked gates, decor, pets in the yard, etc.. Please have your iron ready for painting and your yard accessible so your view fence can be completed. Common walls in Estrella Vista will continue being painted on Monday and ramadas throughout the community Tuesday-Friday. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/17/22: We’ll make a final return to Sanctuary, Seville, Canyon Gate, Valencia, and Estates at Valencia in an attempt to paint view fences that were previously skipped due to chicken wire, vegetation, locked gates, decor, pets in the yard, etc.. Please have your iron ready for painting and your yard accessible so your view fence can be completed. Monument signs will be painted Monday and Tuesday.
