For the week of 4/10/23: Building 38 (1075/2075-1076/2076) will power washed, prepped, and painted throughout the week. Please remove and keep off any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and place any patio furniture into the center of your patio or indoors (if having your balcony recoated, please remove all items from the patio). For the week of 3/27/23: Doors for buildings 26 & 28 will be painted on Monday. Building 30 (1059/2059-1060/2060) and Building 32 (1063/2063-1064/2064) will be painted throughout the week. For the week of 3/20/23: Due to weather delays last week, building 26 (1051/2051-1052/2052) & building 28 (1055/2055-1056/2056) will continue being painted this week. Buildings 30 & 32 will be power washed on Friday, weather permitting. Please remove and keep off any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and place any patio furniture into the center of your patio or indoors (if having your balcony recoated, please remove all items from the patio). For the week of 3/13/23: Building 26 (1051/2051-1052/2052) and Building 28 (1055/2055-1056/2056) will be power washed on Monday, followed by prepping and painting. Front and garage doors will be painted for buildings 22 & 24 on Friday (weather permitting). For the week of 1/30/23: Building 7 (1013/2013-1014-2014) & Building 9 (1017/2017-1018/2018) will be power washed on Monday, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week (weather permitting). Buildings 10 & 12 will be power washed on Friday. Please remove and keep off any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and place any patio furniture into the center of your patio or indoors (if having your balcony recoated, please remove all items from the patio). Please make sure pets are secured indoors. Front and garage doors for buildings 7 & 9 will be painted on Friday, as well as previously skipped doors for buildings 52, 54, 2, 4, & 6. For the week of 1/23/23: Due to weather delays last week, Buildings 55 (1109/2109-1110/2110) and 1 (1001/2001-1002/2002) will continue to be painted throughout this week. Building 3 and building 5 will be power washed on Monday followed by prepping and painting (after 55 & 1). Please remove and keep off any decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and place any patio furniture into the center of your patio or indoors (if having your balcony recoated, please remove all items from the patio). Please make sure pets are secured indoors. Front and garage doors for buildings 55 and 1 are scheduled to be painted on Friday, as well as the previously skipped doors for buildings 42, 44, 46, and 52. Contact our office with any questions. 

For the week of 1/16/23: Painting is delayed due to inclement weather. When the rain clears, buildings 55 and 1 will be prepped and painted. Front and garage doors are expected to be painted on Friday. Please check back for an update once our crew is back on site. (No painting possible Monday-Wednesday due to rain).

For the week of 1/9/23: The front and garage doors for buildings 47 & 49 will be painted on Monday (due to last weeks weather). Building 51 (1101/2101-1102/2102) & building 53 (1105/2105-1106/2106) will be power washed on Monday, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week. Garage and front doors for 51 and 53 will be painted on Friday (weather permitting). Buildings 55 & 1 will be power washed on Friday. Building 47 (1093/2093-1094-2094) and building 49 (1097/2097-1098/2098) are being power washed and prepped on Wednesday followed by painting through Friday and into next week. For the week of 10/3/22: Buildings 54 (1107/2107-1108/2108) and 2 (1003/2003-1004/2004) will be power washed on Monday, followed by prepping and painting throughout the week. Stairs (stringers & handrails) and touch-ups will be painted on building 52 on Monday. Buildings 4 & 6 will be power washed on Friday. Please remove any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. from the exterior of your unit and place any patio furniture into the center of your patio or indoors (if having your balcony recoated, please remove all items from the patio). For the week of 9/26/22: Buildings 50 (1099/2099-1100/2100) and 52 (1103/2103-1104/2104) will be prepped and painted throughout the week. Please keep any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. off the exterior of your unit and keep any patio furniture into the center of your patio or indoors (if having your balcony recoated, please remove all items from the patio). Please make sure pets are secured indoors. Doors for buildings 46 & 48 will be painted on Thursday and doors for buildings 50 & 52 will be painted on Friday (an adult will need to be home to open the front door for painting). For the week of 9/19/22: Buildings 46 (units 1091/2091-1092/2092) and 48 (units 1095/2095-1096/2096) will be prepped and painted starting Monday and are both expected to be completed on Friday. Buildings 50 & 52 will be power washed on Friday for prepping and painting the following week. Please remove any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. from your unit and place any patio furniture into the center of your patio or indoors (if having your balcony recoated, please remove all items from the patio). If items are left out during washing, they will get wet. Please make sure pets are secured indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions. 

For the week of 9/12/22: Buildings 42 (units 1084/2084 & 1083/2083) and 44 (units 1087/2087 & 1088/2088) will be power washed on Monday. Prepping and painting will follow the washing and the buildings are expected to be completed on Friday. Buildings 46 & 48 will be power washed on Friday for prepping and painting the following week. Please remove any exterior decor, vegetation, etc. from your unit and place any patio furniture into the center of your patio or indoors (if having your balcony recoated, please remove all items from the patio).
