Hello Residents
For the week of 6/7/21: Wrought iron view fences (marked in blue) will be painted Monday and Tuesday. Please remove all chicken wire, decor, vegetation, lights, etc. in order for us to have clear access to paint the iron. Please allow access through your side gate and keep pets secured indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 6/1/21: Common area walls marked in green will be painted Tuesday-Friday (closed Monday for Memorial Day). Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/24/21: Common area walls will be painted this week, starting at the red arrow and working around through what’s marked in yellow. Common walls marked in green will be primed and painting will start if time permits. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/17/21: The common walls (in purple) will continue to be prepped, repaired, & primed this week (walls in yellow have been prepped). Please contact our office if you have any questions.
