Hello Residents
For the week of 7/27/20: Carports in YELLOW will be washed on Monday and painted on Tuesday. Please park your vehicles elsewhere, away from the carports, for washing and painting. The common area wall on the west side of the property (near the sport court) will also be painted. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/20/20: Painting for Building 8 will be completed on Tuesday. Carports in GREEN will be washed on Tuesday (prepped Thursday) and painted on Friday (yellow will be washed on Monday of next week and painted Tuesday). For the week of 7/13/20: Building 8 will be painted throughout the week. Please keep all decor off the exterior of your building, keep pets secured inside, and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors (items left out will only be covered during painting). The iron stairs for Building 4 will be painted on Thursday. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/6/20: Due to unforeseen delays, painting for Building 7 will continue and is expected to be completed on Wednesday. Building 8 will be power washed on Thursday, followed by prepping and painting carrying over into next week. Please remove and keep decor off the exterior of your building, keep pets secured inside, and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors (items left out will only be covered during painting). For the week of 6/29/20: Building 7 will be completed on Monday and Building 8 will be power washed, prepped, and painted this week. B8 is expected to be completed on Tuesday of next week. Iron on building 1 will be painted on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please remove all decor off the exterior of your building, keep pets secured inside, and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors (items left out will only be covered during painting). For the week of 6/15/20: Iron for Building 1 will be painted on Wednesday. Please make sure any iron isn’t covered and is accessible for painting. Building 3 will be power washed and prepped on Monday followed by painting through the week. B3 is expected to be completed on Friday. Please remove all decor off the exterior of your building, keep pets secured inside, and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors (items left out will only be covered during painting). For the week of 6/8/20: Building 1 will be finished on Monday and painting for Building 2 will start (#2 is expected to be completed on Friday, except iron). For the week of 2020: We’ll be closed on Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Building 1 will be power washed and prepped on Tuesday, followed by painting throughout the week (and into next). Please remove all decor off the exterior of your building, keep pets secured inside, and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors (items left out will only be covered during painting).
