For the week of 11/29/21: Wrought iron view fences, indicated by the yellow circle, will be painted through Wednesday. Please allow backyard access through your side gate and make sure all vegetation, critter fencing, lights, decor, etc. are off of the iron and our crew has clear access to paint. Please secure pets indoors. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
For the week of 11/22/21: Wrought iron view fences marked in purple will be painted Mon-Wed (we’ll be closed Thursday & Friday in observance of Thanksgiving). Please allow backyard access through your side gate and make sure all vegetation, critter fencing, lights, decor, etc. are off of the iron and our crew has clear access to paint. For the week of 11/15/21: (First map) Common area walls marked in purple will have the trim accent color painted and walls marked in white will also be painted (after purple areas). (Second map) Wrought iron view fences marked in yellow will start being painted on Tuesday.
