Hello Residents
For the week of 3/18: Our crew will complete all the common area wall painting on Thursday which will wrap up all scheduled painting in the community. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 3/11: Our crew will continue painting the common area walls throughout the community (the areas with PINK highlighter have been completed). The rain will prohibit painting, but our crew will return when the weather clears. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 3/4: Our crew will be painting the trim color on common area walls from lot 11 (backing to Kyrene) and around to Ray Rd (direction marked in yellow). Iron painting will begin on Thursday and homes will be notified. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 2/25: Our crew will continue repairing the stucco on common area walls throughout the community. Painting for the walls will begin on Wednesday. Contact our office with any questions.
