Hello Residents
For the week of 7/29: All painting will be completed on Tuesday (the pool iron will be painted Tuesday as well). There will be a future attempt to paint all remaining door edges. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/22: We will have our iron crew here painting stairwells on Monday for Buildings Section 3 (units 113-118). The perimeter walls of the community will be prepped and painted on Monday and Tuesday. Carports will also be power washed on Monday (notices were put up on Friday) and painted on Wednesday and Thursday. Please have your vehicle moved between 6:00a-2:00p on those days. We cannot be responsible for any vehicles not moved per our request (new notices will be placed on Monday). On Friday, the pool and fitness area will be painted. For the week of 7/15: Our crew will be completing the exterior of Buildings Section 3 (units 113-118) by the middle of the week. We will have a second crew on site painting iron, stairs, and balconies on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please keep all decor from the exterior of your buildings and keep any patio furniture/etc in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/8: Buildings Section 3 (units 113-118) will continue getting roof repairs and will be power washed, followed by prepping and painting. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your buildings and place any patio furniture/etc in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/1: Our crew will continue painting Buildings Section 2 (107-112), doors, and starting roof repairs on Buildings Section 3 (units 113-118). We’ll be closed July 4th & 5th. Please keep all decor off of the exterior of your building and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 6/17: Building Section 2 (107-112) will be painted starting Monday with roof walls. The painting for this section of units will continue over the next 2 weeks. Building Sections 2 (units 107-112) will be power washed on Friday. The next 8 units (units 107-112) are expected to be power washed on Thursday and painted into next week. For the week of 5/28: Our crew will be power washing the first 4 units of Building Sections 1 (units 101-106) and repairing the small walls along the roof Tuesday.
