All schedule painting has been completed.
For the week of 9/30: Building 10 (1028/2028-1030/2030) will be prepped and painted starting Monday and is expected to be completed on Friday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio, or indoors. This is the last building scheduled to be painted at this time. For the week of 9/23: Monday and Tuesday were rain days, no crew on-site. On Wednesday Building 9 (1025/2025-1027/2027) will be prepped followed by painting. Building 9 is expected to be completed by the end of the week with additional crew members on-site (weather permitting). Building 10 will be power washed on Friday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio, or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/16: Prepping and painting for Building 8 (1022/2022-1024/2024) will start on Monday and is expected to be completed on Friday. Building 9 (1025/2025-1027/2027) will be power washed on Friday for prepping and painting the following week. For the week of 9/2: Our office will be closed Monday for Labor Day. Painting for Building #6 (1016/2016-1018/2018) will be started on Tuesday and is expected to be completed on Friday. For the week of 8/19: Building #4 (units 1010/2010-1012/2012) will be started on Monday and is expected to be completed on Thursday. For the week of 6/24: Painting has been placed on hold. Please contact your HOA with any questions.
For the week of 6/17: Building 4 will be prepped on Monday followed by painting throughout the week. B4 is expected to be completed on Friday or Monday 6/24. Building 5 will be power washed on Thursday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio, or indoors. They’ll then return to Building 2 and complete the painting there (expected to be finished on Thursday or Friday). Building 4 will be power washed on Thursday.
