Hello Residents
For the week of 1/18/21: Rod iron view fences marked in red will be painted this week, weather permitting. Please make sure that all vegetation, chicken wire, lights, decor, etc. are removed from the view fencing so there’s clear access to paint. Please allow access through your side gate and keep pets secured indoors. This will complete the painting scheduled in the community. Contact our office with any questions.

Please allow access through your side gate and keep pets secured indoors. Ramadas around the community and iron in the playground will be painted this week as well. For the week of 1/4/21: Common area walls marked in purple will be prepped on Monday. Rod iron view fences marked in blue will be painted throughout the week. For the week of 12/21/20: Common area walls marked in RED will have the trim/accent color painted Monday-Wednesday. Our job site and office will be closed Wednesday (12/23) afternoon and will reopen on Monday, January 4th, 2021.
