Hello Residents

For the week of 12/9: Our crew will be touching up common area walls and doing clean up throughout the areas painted on Tuesday and Wednesday only. The Views is on hold until colors are approved by the board. No crew will be back on site until painting can be completed on that section. Please contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 12/2: Our crew will finish painting the common area walls on Friday and iron (lots 55, 56, 25, 39, 48, 49, 120, 136, 135, &129, as well as some common area iron) will be completed on Tuesday (with the exception of the Views). Please remove all vegetation, decor, lights, etc. from the iron and allow access through your side gate. Please keep pets secured indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 11/25: The wall crew will continue painting common area walls in the community and our iron crew will work on iron view fences for homes that were notified (lots 126-129, 48-50, 34, 18, 19, 29, 35-37, & 44-46). Please remove all vegetation, decor, lights, etc. from the iron and allow access through your side gate. Please keep pets secured indoors. We’ll be closed Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving. Feel free to contact our office with any questions. 

For the week of 11/18: Stucco repairs are being worked on this Monday and Tuesday, followed by priming and painting. We have 2 iron crews in the community; one crew will be repairing damaged iron (expected to be completed on Wednesday) and the other crew will be painting iron*. Please remove all vegetation, decor, lights, etc. from the iron and allow access through your side gate. Please keep pets secured indoors. For the week of 11/11: Happy Veterans Day! Our crew will be painting common walls in the Southeast section of the community (starting at lots 90-92 & 137-130). Our iron crew will be painting view fences for homes East of Pointe Golf Club Dr (notices were placed ahead of time for this week). Please remove all vegetation, decor, lights, etc. from the iron and allow access through your side gate. Please keep pets secured indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

 

For the week of 11/4: Exterior-facing common walls for lots 43, 48-50, 150-154, & 138-149 will be prepped and repaired this week. Iron for lots 1-13 & 30-11 (backing up to the golf course) will be painted Monday through Wednesday. Please remove all vegetation, decor, lights, etc. from the iron and allow access through your side gate. Please keep pets secured indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions. 

For the week of 10/28: Exterior-facing common walls are continuing to be prepped and repaired in the community this week. Our crew will be working mainly on the walls for homes backing up to the Tract D preserve and nearby (lots 100-103, 115-116, 94-99, 85-86, 117-119). Please contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 10/21: Stucco repair for common area walls facing N Pointe Golf Club Dr and for homes backing up to the golf course at Point Golf Club Dr/Voltaire will be worked on this week. Feel free to contact our office with questions.

For the week of 10/14: The common area wall repairs will continue and priming for those walls is expected to begin on Thursday. Please contact our office with any questions.

 

For the week of 10/7: We’ll be continuing with common area facing wall repairs. Please contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 9/30: Our crew will be repairing common area walls that back up to the golf course (homes along N 12th Pl) starting Thursday. Please contact our office with any questions.
