Hello Residents
For the week of 2/15/21: The common area walls from last week (in yellow) will finish being painted on Monday. This will complete all painting scheduled in the community.
For the week of 2/8/21: Common area walls marked in yellow will be prepped, repaired, and possibly painted this week (all other walls have been completed). Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 2/1/21: Common area walls in the blue section are being worked on this week. The walls marked in red are done and walls marked in orange are prepped to be painted. The other common area walls in blue will continue being prepped. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 1/25/21: No work was done on Monday and Tuesday due to rain. Common area walls marked in blue will be prepped on Wednesday, Thursday, and possibly Friday (weather permitting) and some painting will begin. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 1/18/21: The common area walls in the green section will be prepped and painted this week. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 1/11/21: The common area walls in orange will continue being prepped and painted throughout the week (northern portion of the section). Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 12/21/20: The common area walls marked in purple will continue to be painted Monday-Wednesday. Our job site and office will be closed Wednesday (12/23) afternoon and will reopen on Monday, January 4th, 2021.
For the week of 12/14/20: Common area walls marked in purple will be prepped, repaired, and will start to be painted throughout the week (except those marked for the previous week). Please contact our office with any questions.
