Hello Residents
For the week of 12/2: Exterior painting has been completed in the community. Our crew will return on Saturday, Dec 7th and Saturday, Dec 14th only to finish painting doors and/or edges and security screens. If your door or security screen hasn’t been painted, please contact our office to advise which date you’ll be home to allow access (door needs to be opened, security screen just needs to be unlocked).
For the week of 11/25: Exterior painting will be completed on Monday. Our crew will be knocking to paint doors and/or edges on Tuesday and Wednesday (we will return on two Saturdays, 12/7 & 12/14, to accommodate residents that haven’t been available during the week). We will be closed Thursday & Friday in observance of Thanksgiving.
For the week of 11/18: Our crew will be painting the walls around the buildings and expect to be completed on Wednesday (weather permitting). Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/11: Happy Veterans Day! Lots 88-92 (Building 32) will be completed on Tuesday and the pool house (Building 33) will be power washed and prepped. Painting for the pool house will begin on Wednesday and is expected to be completed on Thursday. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/4: Lots 93-98 (Building 31) will be completed on Tuesday and Lots 88-92 (Building 32) will be power washed and prepped. Painting for Building 32 will begin on Wednesday and is expected to be completed Tuesday 11/12. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your home and place any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please keep any pets secured inside during the hours of 7am-3pm & allow backyard access via your side gate. For the week of 10/28: Lots 53-58 (Building 30) was power washed on 10/23 followed by prepping and painting. B30 is expected to be completed on Wednesday. Lots 93-98 (Building 31) will be power washed on Wednesday followed by prepping and painting, and carry over to next week.
