Hello Residents
For the week of 9/2: Our office is closed Monday for Labor Day. Common walls in Section 7 (75th Ave & Deer Valley) will be completed on Wednesday. Our iron crew will be painting culvert railings around the community on Wednesday and Thursday. This will wrap up all scheduled painting in the community. For the week of 8/26: A small portion of Section 8 (71st Ave & La Senda Dr) will be completed and Section 7 (75th Ave & Deer Valley) will continue being prepped and painted this week. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
For the week of 8/19: Section 8 (71st Ave & La Senda Dr) common walls will continue and are expected to be completed on Wednesday. Section 7 (75th Ave & Deer Valley) are being prepped starting Monday and painting will follow. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
For the week of 8/12: The common walls in Section 6 (Hillcrest & Robin Ln) are being completed this week and the prepping for Section 8 (71st Ave & La Senda Dr) common walls will begin as well. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
For the week of 8/5: The common area walls for Section 5 (72nd Dr & north of Hillcrest) will be completed on Monday and the prepping of common walls in Section 6 (Hillcrest & Robin Ln) will begin on Monday as well. Section 6 will continue all week. Please contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 5/27: Our crew will be completing the painting of Section 1 (67th & Hillcrest) walls on Tuesday, as well as starting Section 2. They’ll be painting in Section 2 into next week.
