For the week of 10/19/20: Doors for Building 1 will be painted on Monday (please leave screens unlocked). Carports will be power washed and painted per the color code to follow. Please move your vehicles on your indicated days from 6:00-2:00. Feel free to contact our office with any questions. BLUE: power washing Monday, painting Tuesday. YELLOW: power washing Tuesday, painting Wednesday. ORANGE: power washing Wednesday, painting Thursday. RED: power washing Thursday, painting Friday.
For the week of 10/12/20: Building 14 will be completed on Monday. Building 16 and the office will be painted throughout the week. Building 16 is expected to be completed on Thursday and the office is expected to be completed next Monday. Please make sure that any decor is removed from the exterior of the building, pets are secured indoors, and that all patio furniture is placed in the center of your patio or indoors (items will be covered during painting only). Building 14 will be power washed and prepped on Thursday followed by painting on Friday and next week. Building 16 and the office will be power washed and prepped on Friday. Please make sure that any decor is removed from the exterior of the building, pets are secured indoors, and that all patio furniture is placed in the center of your patio or indoors (items will be covered during painting only). Building 9 will be power washed on Monday followed by prepping and painting, and is expected to be completed on Thursday. Building 11 will be power washed and prepped on Friday. For the week of 9/14/20: Prepping and painting for Building 3 will started on Monday and is expected to be completed on Wednesday (doors will be painted Wed, please unlock your security door). Building 4 will be power washed on Wednesday followed by prepping and painting which will carry over into next week. For the week of 9/7/20: (Closed Labor Day) The painting for Building 6 will continue and be completed on Thursday (please leave your screens unlocked on Thursday for door painting). Building 3 will be power washed and prepped on Friday for painting throughout next week.
