Hello Residents
For the week of 8/5: The iron and monument sign painting will be completed by Tuesday. This will wrap up all painting in the community. If your iron was unable to be painted, please contact our office as soon as possible at 602-795-0696 or [email protected].
For the week of 7/29: The exterior common walls being painted this week are: a small portion facing Avondale Blvd (near Whyman Ave), the full length of walls facing Lower Buckeye Rd from Avondale Blvd to El Mirage Rd (approx), and a small portion facing Durango St (near the Durango/El Mirage Rd corner). Our iron crew will be painting iron on Monday and Wednesday-Friday (homes for this week were notified). Please remove any vegetation, wire, lights, decor, etc. so the iron is clear and accessible for painting. Please allow access through your side gate and keep pets secured indoors. All painting is expected to be completed on Friday. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/22: The exterior common walls behind homes on W Chase Ln (between 117th & 121st Ave) will be painted this week. Our iron crew will also be in the community painting rod iron view fencing Wednesday through Saturday, weather permitting (homes for this week were notified). Please remove any vegetation, wire, lights, decor, etc. so the iron is clear and accessible for painting. Please allow access through your side gate and keep pets secured indoors.
