Hello Residents
For 2/8/21: Our crew will be back Monday and Tuesday to complete the remaining touch-ups in the community and complete the final return for skipped iron (iron on Tuesday).
For the week of 2/1/21: The remaining rod iron view fences (notified last week) will be completed on Monday. If you have any questions, please contact our office. This will complete the scheduled painting in the community.
For the week of 1/25/21: No work took place on Monday and Tuesday due to rain. Rod iron view fences marked in blue/yellow will start being painted on Wednesday and continue through Friday (weather permitting) and possibly into next week. Please make sure that all chicken wire, vegetation, lights, decor, etc. are removed from the view fencing and that pets are secured indoors. Please allow access through your side gate. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 1/18/21: Common area walls in yellow (first map) will be prepped this week. Iron view fencing marked in yellow (second map) will be painted Thursday and Friday, all weather permitting. Please make sure that all chicken wire, vegetation, lights, decor, etc. are removed from the view fencing and that pets are secured indoors. Please allow access through your side gate. For the week of 1/11/21: Common area walls marked in GREEN will be completed on Monday. Common area walls marked in YELLOW will start being prepped and primed throughout the week. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 1/4/21: Common area walls marked in YELLOW will be prepped and painted this week. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 12/21/20: Common area walls marked in green will have the main body color painted on Monday. Common area walls in yellow will be painted with the trim and main body colors on Tuesday and Wednesday. Our job site and office will be closed Wednesday (12/23) afternoon and will reopen on Monday, January 4th, 2021.
For the week of 12/14/20: Prepping will begin this week on the common area walls marked in yellow. Please contact our office with any questions.
